Jiateng International Fashion operates a large national retail chain across China. The business set out to win on two fronts. Externally, a high volume of sales inquiries from retail partners and customers called for round-the-clock response. Internally, the founder wanted every employee — across many stores and time zones — to learn the brand's standards, aesthetic, and way of selling as consistently as if the founder were coaching them in person. Until now, that knowledge lived with the founder, a few senior managers, and top performers, so onboarding and ongoing training leaned heavily on their scarce time.

CytoWorld deployed two AI agents that work side by side. The first is a customer-facing sales front desk agent that handles product inquiries, retail partnership questions, and lead qualification around the clock. The second is an internal employee-training agent — a founder digital twin that holds the founder's standards and aesthetic, the group training curriculum, HR policies, the employee handbook, store SOPs, and the promotion path. Staff learn in fragmented spare time and ask their own questions, getting personalised, on-brand answers whenever they need them. Training becomes standardised and self-serve, so managers and top performers are freed from repeating the basics, and the cost of bringing every employee up to standard comes down.
